Be Your Authentic Self
Mirror mirror on the wall,
Do we know ourselves at all?
Look deep into your eyes to see.
Open up to who you truly mean to be.
Don’t be what others have projected.
With true consciousness you are reflected.
Why continue to live in their illusion?
Only to build on your own confusion.
Let your heart be your guide.
Your emotions come in and out like a tide.
Do not let others be your moulding.
As this takes your truth from unfolding.
We all have an individual light to shine.
A higher consciousness connecting to the divine.
To know oneself is to follow our truth.
A beautiful vision if you find it in your youth.
BE YOUR OWN LIGHT!
Do what you feel in your heart is right.
Don’t let others be your definition.
Live your dream, speak your truth and be your ambition.
Instead of being part of their submission.
Learn to follow your intuition.
To know yourself is to look within.
This is when your plot begins to thicken.
We must all learn to be authentic.
Ignite the spark that makes you kinetic.
Soul Tribe
Family is not the blood, it is the bonds we build.
To enjoy this life and its gifts is part of feeling fulfilled.
Those people we meet that come for a reason or just a season have their purpose.
But those that come for a lifetime are part of your soul tribe nevertheless.
Know that they are out there somewhere for you to find.
Unwind, define, be kind, align and become present of the mind.

Emotional Discoveries
Emotions crash, thrash, and burn me to my core at times.
They have slow, flows, variations of kinds and the ability ramp up for those climbs, they teach where to put those lines, how to align with so many signs.
Uncomfortable feelings won’t last forever feeling like an intrusion, a sense of pollution, or an impulse to run into your absolution, feeling a form of execution.
Knowing they unlock the solution.
For they are energy, flow a sense of attribution, instead of inviting a substitution, be your own retribution. Learn to find the source, as it waves into your revolution upgrading your essence to evolution.
Frequency is a distribution.
Recognizing
Life isn’t perfect and neither are you.
So, stop trying to be perfect and just try to be true.
For you came here and were always whole
Don’t dim your light and crack your soul?
Start peeling the layers back and looking deep into your core.
Explore the masks that were scattered on the floor,
now it’s your choice to re-assess, review and restore.
Reconnect and re-align to your essence before.
The world and the people in it will always have their views.
Take back your own power to choose.
Be your own seeker again,
get to know your best companion and frequency friend.
We are the Warriors
We all experience life differently and walk these journeys through paths unwoven.
We know that the answers inside of us are well chosen.
With conflict and struggle our shadows within deep layers unravel.
This is when we feel and our consciousness awakens and our soul begins to travel.
We are given opportunities to explore our true essence.
To let go of our egos and know when the battle has become evanescence.
Our strength and endurance keep our minds, body, spirit and soul grounded.
Know your heart and follow the hope and joy that is surrounded.
The trials and tests are just part of the grand scheme.
Allowing awareness, knowledge, unconditional love, aligning your destiny to spark into your bloodstream.
We go through this life feeling, unworthy or thinking it’s always a fight.
When it’s truly about only finding your own luminous light.
For this is when you will truly shine and be invincible.
To be as sharp as a sword and using it as a tool and not a weapon is to become unpredictable.
The mind is an amazing garden and if our thoughts are the seeds.
It’s your choice would you rather grow a field of flowers or weeds.
Our wounds are lessons we wear like the armour to see if they trigger.
To bring a new form of courage and focus to the lessons and blessings to see the picture is much bigger.
This is what builds us into the warriors we are today.
We are taught by our experiences and we must learn to nurture ourselves and play.
Know that we all have felt loss, struggle and defeat.
But to be a warrior we know not to let fear lead us, and sometimes we must surrender and retreat.
For these are the most beautiful people in this world.
The storm of thoughts only begins to swirl.
To realise we are the storm that we are led to believe we are unable to withstand.
Can you believe anything is possible if you self command?
We are taught to walk in darkness and to not be afraid.
When you use your heart as your light it will never lead you astray.
Hone into yourself and begin to survey.
Your armour is like an auric field that shines brightly that is linked to your purpose.
At the end of the day when your armour feels laborious.
Reflect on your experiences that have built you into the warrior you are today.
Making your own choices, and following your own truths to obey.
We move in cycles just like the moon.
Not knowing what is coming next just staying intune.
This is just part of the journey to understand that it is all about the experience and flowing.
To know that it is not all about the end game, to let your emotions keep flowing in order to keep knowing that you are always growing.
We are here now in this moment
We are integrated into these vessels, Essenes to the component.
With collective consciousness to the divine.
Part of a tree with the roots entwined.
A navigation system of connectivity that is within us all.
To learn to fly we have to fall.
To come within ourselves to see.
Our higher selves guiding us to who we are meant to be.
To be authentic and avoid frustration.
Put your mind, body, soul at ease with meditation. There are messages, an inner universe we can tune into.
The answers are within your soul, listen and you will break through.
Anything can be possible if you can envision it.
Don’t give up hope, or self-sabotage yourself into a hypocrite.
For the only one who can destroy the vision.
Is the self-reflection of our own decisions.
Connections
I am beautiful inside and out told that my insecurities
were taught to be essence of my impurities.
Built into this matrix of doubt and fear know that I have the ability to steer,
with intentions that I make clear.
Moving into my own essence of clarity, realizing our divineness that was diluted to be an essence of rarity.
When it’s been with us in our DNA and subconsciousness the whole time, but you were taught that time moves in a line.
That no one is better than the divine.
How we subject ourselves in this web of life it is the mirror we reflect to the essence we project.
You are that essence of source creation and it all.
Yet taught to lower your expectations, standards and vibrations to not know how to stand tall, instead developing in this space only reaching a potential of a crawl.
Wake up and learn to navigate in your own flow, truth and frequency of freedom.
Then you realize the best is yet to come!
